Are you accepting clients in person?

I am seeing clients in person and I offer telehealth sessions for clients who are unable to come in person.

What are your fees for a session?

Sessions are $400. I offer a sliding scale when it is financially indicated and appropriate for ongoing treatment.

How long are sessions?

Psychotherapy sessions run 50-55 minutes in length. At times, EMDR sessions can run 75 minutes in length. The fee for these sessions is discussed with the client prior to scheduling.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance and I am an out of network provider. I provide a monthly receipt to clients to submit to their insurance carrier.

How do I find out if I have out of network benefits?

Here are some questions you can ask your insurance company to find out whether you have out of network benefits:

  1. Do I have out of network benefits for outpatient psychotherapy?
  2. What is my deductible for out of network providers?
  3. What is the rate of reimbursement after the deductible is met?
  4. How do I file for reimbursement?

How often do we meet?

I meet with patients one to two times per week. The frequency of therapy is assessed during the initial consultation period. (The first 3 sessions)

What modalities do you use?

I treat patients using a Psychodynamic, Integrative, and Relational approach. I am certified and trained in many modalities including EMDR, SMP, IFS, ACT, DBT and mindfulness. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults ranging in age from 13-75.

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 2-business day (48 hour) policy. Appointments for Monday and Tuesday must be cancelled the previous week not including weekends. If you do not cancel your appointment within that window, the full amount for the session will be charged.

How do I set up an appointment?
